Rx. Bupleuri Chai Hu 10g Spreads Liver Qi, relieves Stagnation and reduces fever.
With Bai Shao, for Liver Blood Deficiency with Liver Qi Stagnation.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 10g Invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, reduces swelling, expels pus, generates flesh and alleviates pain.
With Bai Shao, regulates and harmonizes Qi and Blood.
With Chai Hu and Bai Shao, for dysmenorrhea from Liver Qi Stagnation and Blood Deficiency.
Rx. Paeoniae Rubra Chi Shao 10g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, relieves pain, clears Heat, cools the Blood, clears Liver Fire and reduces swelling from sores and abscesses.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 10g Nourishes the Blood, regulates menstruation, softens the Liver and relieves pain.
With Chai Hu, for flank pain due to Liver Qi Stagnation.
With Dang Gui, nourishes Yin and Blood.
Rz. Polygoni Cuspidatae Hu Zhang 10g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, unblocks the channels, stops pain, clears Heat, resolves Dampness, discharges toxins and disperses swelling.
Fr. Toosendan Chuan Lian Zi 10g Dredges Liver Qi, releases Stagnation, stops pain and conducts Heat out from below.
With Yan Hu Suo, for Intermittent epigastric and hypochondriac pain, hernia pain or menstrual pain with irritability due to Liver Stagnation with Heat.

With Chuan Lian Zi, for flank, upper right quadrant, epigastric and abdominal pain.
